Consult with us before you buy. It's good to know your wifi requirements and physical hardware location first. You may need to purchase the add on ethernet adapter if you need to connect to wifi extenders. We understand that the the next generation Starlink router (available early 2024) will have ethernet ports built in.

Indeed you can. The actual setup and connection is very easy. You'll need to download the Starlink app for IOS or Android and start there.

Usually professional help is needed if you want to place the Starlink receiver panel anywhere other than on the ground and if the wifi coverage you need extends beyond the range of the Starlink router. Talk to us before you buy.

Currently the download and upload speeds are similar to the basic 300Mbps rate offered by the telcos. If fibre is available at your address, it will be cheaper and potentially faster. Starlink comes into it's own when no other high-speed internet options are available.

There are no issues with rain fade or other provider satellite services. The technology is designed to deliver outstanding performance in all conditions. Like any internet service, a quick router reset will fix most connection issues.

Our Starlink panel installations are carried out with the minimal impact on the building. Where possible, existing mounting structures are utilised, such as mounts previously used for Sky satellite dishes or other terrestrial line-of-site receiver/transmitters. Cabling is discreet and careful consideration is given as to the placement of the Starlink router within the building so as to maximise wifi signal coverage.


Wifi services can be extended way beyond the immediate location of the Starlink receiver / transmitter panel. Ask us about full property coverage including farms, orchards, lifestyle properties and multi-dwelling properties. WiFi and internet coverage wherever you need it!
